Metal Sales Manufacturing's family of exposed, direct-fastened metal roof panels sold as profiles T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6-A, T7, T7-A, T11-A, T12 and T16-E, with trapezoidal ribs (T16-E is a box rib). Coverage runs from 34-1/8 to 44 inches and rib height from 5/8 inch to 1-3/4 inches, in Galvalume (ASTM A792) or galvanized (ASTM A653) steel or aluminum (ASTM B209), at a minimum roof slope of 1:12 over open framing or solid substrate. The specification data sheet lists UL 263 and UL 790 Class A fire resistance and UL 2218 Class 4 impact resistance, and a PVDF finish warranty of 45 years for film integrity and 35 years for chalk and fade.
