5V-Crimp is a residential V-rib exposed-fastener roof panel applied over plywood with at least 30 pound felt underlayment. The condensed technical reference prints 24 inch coverage with 1/2 inch ribs on 12 inch centers, 26 gauge standard and 29 and 24 gauge optional, MS Colorfast45 and acrylic-coated Galvalume finishes, a 3:12 minimum slope and lengths from 5 to 45 feet recommended, fastened with #10-14 wood screws. Its testing list prints UL 2218 Impact Resistance Class 4, UL 790 Fire Resistance Rating Class A per building code, UL 263 per assembly, UL 580 Class 90 (constructions 579 and 453), Texas Windstorm evaluation RC-160, 2023 Florida approvals FL14645.2 and FL14645.3, and Miami-Dade NOAs 23-0711.03 and 23-0222.06.
