PBR Panel is a purlin-bearing exposed-fastener steel panel for pre-engineered and post-frame buildings, with 36 inch coverage and a 1-1/4 inch rib on 12 inch centres. It is made in 26 gauge, with 24 and 22 gauge by special order, in SMP, PVDF, Galvalume and A606 finishes. The 2026 profile sheet gives a minimum slope of 1/2:12 with lap sealant, with lap sealant required below 3:12. MPI's UL certification sheet lists UL 580 Class 90 (construction 169), UL 2218 Class IV impact, ASTM E108/UL 790 Class A fire, ASTM E1592 compliance and Florida Product Approval FL3899.2-R2.
