A snap-on roof edge fascia for built-up and modified bitumen roofs, using a free-floating aluminum compression clamp to seal the membrane and a galvanized waterdam with slotted fastening holes, in 5-1/4 in. to 12-3/4 in. face heights and 12-foot lengths. Covers are made in 22 or 24 ga. galvanized steel or .040, .050 and .063 in. aluminum. The product page prints testing to ANSI/SPRI/FM 4435/ES-1, Factory Mutual approval for wind uplift and Miami-Dade approval No. 23-0912.08, and a 20-year, 120 MPH Perma-Tite wind warranty.
