A roof edge fascia for fully adhered or mechanically attached single-ply roofs, with a 24 ga. galvanized waterdam, 4 in. long spring clips at 4 feet on center and dual attachment points on the face and roof deck. It comes in a snap-on version (5-1/4 in. to 12-3/4 in. face heights) and a crimp-on version (5 in. to 12-1/2 in.), in 12-foot lengths with covers in 22 or 24 ga. galvanized steel or .040, .050 and .063 in. aluminum. The product page prints testing to ANSI/SPRI/FM 4435/ES-1, Factory Mutual approval for wind uplift and Miami-Dade approval No. 23-0912.08, and a 20-year, 120 MPH Perma-Tite wind warranty.
