A snap-on roof edge fascia whose extruded aluminum anchor bar terminates the membrane without stripping-in or heat welding, offered in single-ply and built-up/modified versions. Metal-Era sells it in three face-height ranges: Standard (4 in. to 8-1/2 in.), HG with a heavier-gauge cover (4 in. to 10 in.) and Extended (8-1/2 in. to 13 in.), in 12-foot lengths with pre-punched slotted holes. Covers are made in 22 or 24 ga. steel or .040 in. aluminum on the Standard version, with .050 in. and .063 in. aluminum also listed for HG and Extended. The product page prints testing to ANSI/SPRI/FM 4435/ES-1, Factory Mutual approval for wind uplift and Miami-Dade approval No. 23-0912.08, and a Lifetime, 215 MPH wind warranty covering the edge for the life of the roof it was first installed on.
