Mechanically Seamed is a concealed-clip standing seam steel roof and wall panel made in two profiles: the 2 inch SS200 with 14-5/16 inch coverage and the 1.5 inch SS150 with 16-1/8 inch coverage. It is offered flat, with striations or with two minor ribs, in 26 gauge (24 gauge on inquiry) Grade 50 steel, factory made to length up to 50 feet or roll-formed on site, and is described as spanning up to 5 feet over open purlins depending on load. The 2 inch panel installs over steel deck, steel deck with polyiso, or solid wood decking down to 1/2:12, and the 1.5 inch panel over solid wood decking down to 1:12, with hot melt recommended below 3:12. The spec sheet lists UL 580 Class 90 wind uplift, UL 2218 Class 4 hail impact and UL 790 Class A fire for the 2 inch profile only, plus ASTM E1680, E1646 and E1592.
