The 1.75 inch Snap Lock is a concealed-fastener standing seam steel roof and wall panel with a clip system, 14 inch coverage and a 1.75 inch rib, intended for long runs on light commercial, industrial and agricultural buildings. It is offered flat, with striations or with two minor ribs, in 26 gauge (24 gauge on inquiry) Grade 50 steel with Weather XL (26 gauge) or Fluropon PVDF (24 gauge) paint, factory made to length up to 50 feet or roll-formed on site. It can be installed over open steel purlins, steel deck, steel deck with polyiso board, or solid wood decking, at a 2:12 minimum slope. The spec sheet lists, for this panel, UL 580 Class 90 wind uplift, UL 2218 Class 4 hail impact and UL 790 Class A fire, plus ASTM E1680, E1646, E283, E331, E330/E330M and E1592.
