The 1.5 inch Snap Lock is a concealed-fastener standing seam steel panel for roofs and walls with a fixed clip system, 15 inch coverage and a 1.5 inch rib. It is offered flat, with striations or with two minor ribs, in 26 gauge (24 and 22 gauge on inquiry) Grade 50 steel with Weather XL (26 gauge) or Fluropon PVDF (24 gauge) paint. Panels are factory made to length and crated up to 50 feet, or roll-formed to length on site, with notching available. The minimum slope is 2:12 and solid wood decking is recommended. The spec sheet lists testing to ASTM E1680, E1646, E283, E331, E330/E330M and E1592.
