Roof & Tile Sealer is a water-based, all-acrylic sealer and top coat that the product page lists for sealing and restoring tile roofs, decks and walkways, in clear and more than 30 colors, applied by spray or roll and sold in 1-gallon, 5-gallon, 55-gallon and 275-gallon packages. Its technical data sheet lists use over acrylic coatings, natural stone, terrazzo, metal, concrete, slate, clay and tile roofing surfaces, in clear or 36 colors, applied in two coats at 1/4 gallon and then 1/8 gallon per 100 square feet. The sheet lists 60-degree gloss of 90 (ASTM D-523), slip resistance tested to ASTM D-2047, 22.5 percent refractometer solids and VOC content under 3 percent, with set to touch in 30 minutes and recoat in 1 to 2 hours at 68 degrees F and 50 percent relative humidity.
