Q Coat is a fast-setting white water-based elastomeric acrylic roof coating with built-in bleed block, which the product page says is rain resistant in 30 minutes and recoatable in as little as two hours, for use over asphalt roofs, cap sheet, metal, concrete, wood, foam, single-ply and stucco. Its technical data sheet lists solar reflectance of 0.89 (ASTM C1549), thermal emittance of 0.88, an SRI of 113 (ASTM E1980), 65 percent solids by weight and 50 percent by volume, 275 psi tensile strength (ASTM D2370) and VOC under 30 g/L, and reports elongation (ASTM D2370) as 325 percent in one table and 175 percent in a second table on the same sheet.
