Extreme Weather is a water-based acrylic elastomeric top coat for roofs, walking decks and walking surfaces, used with Metacrylics primer, base coat and polyester fabric over BUR, cap sheet, metal, concrete, wood, foam, single-ply and stucco. Its technical data sheet lists initial solar reflectance of 0.87, thermal emittance of 0.90, an SRI of 111, a VOC of 27.5 g/L, 68.4 percent solids by weight, an ICC-ES listed report (No. 4785), wind uplift of 105 PSF and fire resistance of Class A ASTM E-108 UL Standard 790. The product page says it is offered in 20 colours, while the data sheet gives white as the colour.
