Extreme Performance Plus is a white, water-based acrylic elastomeric roof top coat with a built-in bleed blocker and a premixed quick-set additive, used over BUR, tar and gravel, cap sheet, rolled roofing, metal, concrete, wood, foam, EPDM, TPO, PVC and stucco, and which the product page says withstands ponding water but is not specified for walking decks. Its technical data sheet lists initial solar reflectance of 0.90, thermal emittance of 0.88, an SRI of 114, a VOC of 27.5 g/L, Title 24 compliance and a CRRC listing, and says the extra TiO2 and resin raise elongation to 600 percent, while its own test lines report 592.63 percent (ASTM D2370) and 521.12 percent (ASTM D412).
