R-Panel is McElroy Metal's multi-use exposed-fastener roof and wall panel, suited to pre-engineered buildings, with a 1-1/4 inch rib height, major ribs 12 inches on center and 36-inch cover width, in factory lengths up to 50 feet depending on the plant. It is listed in 26 gauge Galvalume with Kynar 500 (PVDF), silicone modified polyester (SMP) or acrylic-coated Galvalume Plus finishes, over solid deck or open framing, with a minimum slope of 1:12 with sealant and 3:12 without. The page's approvals list reads UL 263 Class A, UL 580 Class 90, ASTM E1592 (cited as 24 GA PBR), ASTM E1680/E1646 and UL 2218 Class 4, with Florida, Miami-Dade and Texas Department of Insurance approvals and IAPMO report ER-0270.
