McElroy Metal's proprietary R-Panel-style exposed fastener roof and wall panel with a 1 3/16-inch rib on 12-inch centers and 36-inch coverage, also made as Multi-Rib PB with a purlin bearing leg. It installs over solid deck or open framing at a minimum roof slope of 1:12 with sealant or 3:12 without, in factory lengths up to 50 feet. Standard substrate is 26 gauge Galvalume finished in Kynar 500 PVDF, silicone-modified polyester or acrylic-coated Galvalume. McElroy lists UL 263 Class A, UL 580 Class 90, ASTM E1592 (26 gauge PBR only), ASTM E1680/E1646, UL 2218 Class 4, Florida Product Approval and an IAPMO UES listing.
