McElroy Metal's corrugated exposed fastener roof and wall panel with 7/8-inch rounded corrugations on 2.67-inch centers and 32-inch coverage. It installs over plywood or purlins at slopes down to 1:12, with tape sealant required in the side-laps, in standard lengths up to 50 feet. Standard substrate is 26 gauge Galvalume (ASTM A792), with 24 and 22 gauge options, finished in Kynar 500 PVDF, silicone-modified polyester or acrylic-coated Galvalume. The product data sheet lists UL 580 Class 90, UL 790 Class A and UL 2218 Class 4; McElroy also lists UL 263 Class A, a Texas Department of Insurance listing over plywood deck and Florida Product Approval.
