McElroy Metal's exposed fastener roof and wall panel with vertical 3/4-inch ribs on 12-inch centers and 36-inch coverage, fastened through the flats without clips or seaming. On roofs it installs over solid deck at a minimum slope of 1:12 with sealant or 3:12 without, in lengths up to 49 feet. Substrates are 26 and 29 gauge Galvalume or 29 gauge G-90 bare and G-100 painted steel, finished in Kynar 500 PVDF, silicone-modified polyester or acrylic-coated Galvalume. McElroy lists UL 263 Class A, UL 580 Class 90, ASTM E1680/E1646 and UL 2218 Class 4 for the panel.
