UL 2218 Class 4

McElroy Metal's exposed-fastener corrugated panel with a 3/4-inch rib height on 9-inch centers and 36-inch coverage width (38/38.5-inch overall width). Standard substrate is 29 gauge Galvalume steel (80 ksi), with 24 and 26 gauge (50 ksi) optional, finished in Acrylic Coated Galvalume, Kynar 500 PVDF, or siliconized polyester/polyester. Installs over plywood or purlins on slopes down to 1:12, with tape sealant required in the side-laps on slopes between 3:12 and 1:12; standard panel lengths run up to 40 feet.
