McElroy Metal's snap-seam trapezoidal standing seam roof panel (also called ML-90) with a 3-inch rib and 24-inch coverage, for structural roofs over open framing or solid decking. Standard substrate is 24 gauge Galvalume finished in Kynar 500 PVDF or acrylic-coated Galvalume, in factory lengths up to 85 feet, with utility, low and high concealed clips to accommodate varying insulation thicknesses. McElroy lists a minimum slope of 1/4:12 for the MasterLok series and lists UL 263 Class A and ASTM E1592 for it; its UL 580 Class 90, UL 2218 Class 4 and FM 4471 listings apply to the MasterLok-FS version only.
