McElroy Metal's snap-together concealed-clip standing seam roof panel with a 1-inch rib and 13-inch coverage, installed without mechanical seaming. It is a non-structural panel for solid deck (plywood or metal deck) on slopes of 3:12 or greater, roll formed in the factory in lengths up to 50 feet in plank, striated or minor-rib pans. Standard substrate is 24 gauge Galvalume (ASTM A792, 50 ksi), with 22 gauge optional, finished in Kynar 500 PVDF or acrylic- coated Galvalume. McElroy lists UL 263 Class A, UL 580 Class 90, UL 1897 and UL 2218 Class 4 for the panel.
