UL 2218 Class 4

McElroy Metal's symmetrical mechanically seamed standing seam panel with a 2 3/8-inch seam and matching left/right seam legs, so panels are non-directional and individually replaceable. Available in 16, 18, and 24-inch widths (24-inch formed on-site only) in plank-and-pencil, plank, striated, minor-rib, or flat profiles. Standard substrate is 24 gauge Galvalume steel (50 ksi), with 22 gauge Galvalume, .032/.040 aluminum, or 20 oz. copper optional, finished in Acrylic Coated Galvalume or Kynar 500 PVDF. Installs on slopes down to 1/2:12 (1/4:12 with prior approval) in continuous factory lengths up to 200 feet.
