SuperflexSBS is MBTechnology's polyester-reinforced SBS modified bitumen membrane used as a cap ply, as a flashing sheet, or in single-ply applications over one layer of LayflatSBS or LayfastSBS base. It is offered in smooth and granulated surfacing with polyester or dual polyester and fiberglass reinforcement, applied with hot asphalt or cold adhesive. The product data sheet lists the SF160PWH, SF160PWH Premium-250, SF160CSA, SF160PSA and SF155PWH products at roll weights of 90 to 107 lb covering one square, and states approvals by Underwriters Lab, FM Approvals and Metro Dade. The product page states the single-ply assembly qualifies for a 10 year warranty, and the data sheet lists 10, 15 and 20 year warranties.
