MB Liquid Flash is MBTechnology's liquid-applied permanent detail sealant, a one-component, 100% solids, self-leveling moisture-cure sealant used to seal base flashings, curbs, penetrations, seams and HVAC units and to tie in dissimilar surfaces. The technical data sheet lists a tensile strength of 200 psi, elongation at break of 500%, a service temperature range of -40 to 200 degrees F, and application to most surfaces without primer. It comes in white in 10.3 and 28 fl. oz. containers and 2 gallon pails.
