FastorchSBS is MBTechnology's family of torch-grade SBS modified bitumen membranes used as a cap or interply, available in smooth and granulated surfacing with polyester, glass or dual reinforcement. The product data sheet states that roofing systems designed around fire rated FastorchSBS cap membranes are rated by Underwriters Lab and Warnock Hersey as a Class A fire rated system, and that warranty duration runs from 10 to 20 years depending on the system applied.
