CO-24 HT is MBTechnology's single-component, water-based, 100% acrylic elastomeric roof coating, applied by spray, brush or roller over metal, concrete, single-ply, polyurethane foam and primed asphaltic surfaces, including SBS modified bitumen membranes to meet California Title 24 cool roof requirements. The technical data sheet gives an application rate of 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet (24 wet mils), a reflectivity of 87% by ASTM C1549, an emittance of 0.90 by ASTM C1371 and a calculated SRI of 107, and states it meets ASTM D6083, is UL Class A fire rated, is Title 24 qualified and is Miami Dade approved. It comes in white, gray and tan in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.
