UL 2218 Class 4PBR is MBCI's structural, exposed-fastener panel used for roof and wall applications across architectural, agricultural, commercial and industrial buildings, with a minimum roof slope of 1/2:12. Its data sheet gives a 36-inch coverage width, 12-inch rib spacing, and 1-1/4-inch rib height, in 26-gauge standard steel (22, 24, or 29-gauge optional) with Galvalume Plus, galvanized-with-acrylic-coating, Signature 200, or Signature 300 finishes. The data sheet publishes ASTM E1680 air-leakage and ASTM E1646 water-penetration test results for the roof panel joints.
