LokSeam is MBCI's snap-together standing seam roof system with a 1-3/4 inch vertical rib, for roofs with a minimum slope of 3:12, in 12, 16 and 18 inch coverage widths. It can be installed over open framing or a solid substructure and can transition from roof to fascia with a rib cover. It is 24 gauge standard, with 26 gauge (12 inch) and 22 gauge optional, striated or embossed striated, in Galvalume Plus, Signature 200, Signature 300 or Signature 300 Metallic, fastened with standard and UL90 concealed clips.
