Aluminum-framed unit skylights glazed with tempered/laminated insulated glass using a Kuraray SentryGlas interlayer and argon fill, in a curb-mount model (DGCM) for a site-built curb and a self-flashing model (DGSF) with a prefinished curb shipped loose. The model sheets list a +100/-100 psf design pressure, Miami-Dade NOA 23-0301.03, TDI Report SK-18, Missile Level D large and small missile testing, OSHA fall-protection compliance and ASTM F588 / UL 972 forced-entry protection; the DGCM requires a minimum 2:12 pitch. Coating options include LoE366/argon (U 0.24, SHGC 0.27, 66% VLT) and LoE340/argon, with bronze or gray tints. Maxim's standard warranty covers the frame for five years, and the insulated glass seal carries a separate 20-year Cardinal Glass warranty.
