Windsor Starter (SKU 212) is Malarkey's NEX polymer-modified designer starter shingle made for, and required with, Windsor shingles, 13 1/4 in. x 38 1/4 in. at a 5 3/4 in. exposure, 22 shingles and 70 ft. of linear coverage per bundle, with 3M Scotchgard Protector and colors blended to match Windsor. Malarkey requires Smart Start to be installed first, followed by the Windsor Starter. The data sheet lists UL 2218 Class 4 and states it carries the same Limited Lifetime Warranty as Windsor shingles and a 110 mph limited wind warranty, combinable with other Malarkey products for a 140 mph enhanced wind warranty.
