Malarkey's hot-asphalt-applied SBS polymer-modified (rubberized) asphalt cap sheet for commercial low-slope roofing, reinforced with fiberglass and used as the top, exposed ply of a 2-4 layer modified-bitumen system. The manufacturer states an extended system warranty of "up to 30 years," available only when the product is installed as part of a complete Malarkey low-slope roofing system.
