515 Pano Base is Malarkey's conventional fiberglass-reinforced base sheet for hot asphalt or cold process built-up roofs, used as the first ply over combustible and non-combustible decks. It is a non-woven fiberglass mat coated with oxidized asphalt and surfaced with a mineral release material. The data sheet gives a 39-3/8 in. by 99 ft. roll (3 squares), 50 mils nominal and 75 lbs. per roll, lists ASTM D4601 Type II, a Class A fire rating to ASTM E108 and code approval CCRR-0333, says it is approved for use on all fire-rated built-up roofing, and names warranty packages of 5, 10, 15 and 20 years, limited and unlimited.
