Malarkey's self-adhered SBS polymer-modified (rubberized) asphalt cap sheet for commercial low-slope roofing, part of the OmniSeal system. The adhesive is activated by sunlight, radiant heat, and applied pressure, eliminating open-flame torch application. Fire resistance is assembly-dependent (the manufacturer's own comparison table lists ASTM E108 Class B & C, with page copy describing "Class B fire rated in a system assembly over a combustible or non-combustible deck"). The manufacturer states an extended system warranty of "up to 17 years," available only when installed as part of a complete Malarkey roofing system by a Malarkey Certified Contractor.
