Lucas #8500 is a high-solids, solvent-free, oxime neutral-cure moisture-curing silicone mastic for flashing, sealing and repairing roofs, walls, masonry and metal roof seams and fasteners, and for sealing penetrations and terminations before Lucas #8000 or #8400 silicone roof coating; Lucas #8015 primer is required on TPO. It is applied by trowel or brush at a minimum of 3/16 inch thick and may be applied to damp surfaces. Typical properties printed are 98% solids by weight, 97% by volume, 500% elongation and plus or minus 25% movement. It is sold in 2 gallon pails in white and black. The printed product warranty is one year from the date of purchase.
