Lucas #777 is a trowel-applied rubberized flashing cement of refined asphalt, SBS polymers, petroleum solvents, reinforcing fibers and a water-displacing additive, used to install, repair or rebuild roof flashings at parapet walls, gravel stops, stacks, vents and monitors, and with polyester fabric for repairs to asphalt and modified bitumen roofs; it may be applied to wet and underwater surfaces. Printed properties include ASTM D4586 Type I, Class II, 75% solids by weight, 52% asphalt and wet adhesion over 80% by ASTM D3409 for the summer grade. It comes in summer and winter grades in 3 and 5 gallon containers, black, and the data sheet states it is Florida Building Code approved. The printed product warranty is one year from the date of purchase.
