Lucas #776 Elite is a polymer-modified, rubberized asphalt flashing cement reinforced with polyolefin micro- fibers, for modified bitumen and asphalt roofs, and is also used as a cold-process inter-ply adhesive for SBS modified bitumen membranes and as a form tie cement for rubberized asphalt waterproofing. The data sheet states it adheres to wet, dry and underwater surfaces. Printed properties include ASTM D4586 Type I, Class II, 70% solids by weight, 44% asphalt and 200% elongation for the summer grade; it comes in summer and winter grades, in 10 oz. cartridges and 1, 3 and 5 gallon containers, black, and the data sheet states it is Florida Building Code approved. The printed product warranty is one year from the date of purchase.
