Lucas #744 Plastic Roof Cement is a trowel-applied asphalt mastic of asphalt, mineral fillers, petroleum solvents and reinforcing fibers, used to install, repair or rebuild roofs at parapet walls, gravel stops, stacks, vents and monitors, with fiberglass, polyester fabric or roll roofing for repairs. Printed properties include ASTM D4586 Type I, Class I, 79% solids by weight and 40% asphalt for the summer grade. It comes in summer and winter grades in 3 and 5 gallon containers, black, and the data sheet states it is Florida Building Code approved. The printed product warranty is one year from the date of purchase.
