Lucas #1015 Acrylic Asphalt Bleed Blocking Primer is a water-based polymer emulsion used as a general-purpose primer, as a bleed-blocking primer under Lucas silicone roof coatings, and to saturate and adhere polyester fabric in reinforced fluid-applied elastomeric roof membranes. The data sheet lists it for EPDM, PVC, Hypalon, concrete, modified bitumen and asphalt BUR roofs, and as a base coat on concrete, CMU, masonry and EIFS walls under Lucas silicone coating. Typical properties printed are 62% solids by weight, 45% by volume and 250% elongation; it is yellow, darkening to amber as it dries, and sold in 5 and 55 gallon containers. The printed product warranty is one year from the date of purchase.
