Lucas #1000TC is a water-based 100% acrylic elastomeric roof coating for metal, modified bitumen, asphalt BUR, PVC, EPDM, Hypalon and concrete roofs and masonry walls, applied as a top coat over a #1000 series base coat at 1.25 to 1.5 gallons per 100 sq. ft. per coat, and usable with polyester fabric for full roof restoration. Typical properties printed for #1000TC are 65% solids by weight, 52% by volume, 240% elongation, initial reflectance 0.85, aged reflectance 0.76, emissivity 0.89 and SRI 107; it is stated to meet ASTM D6083 Type I and the Urban Heat Islands provision of the Chicago Energy Code and to be Florida Building Code approved. It comes in 5, 55 and 275 gallon containers in white, tan, gray and custom colors.
