Val-U-Ridge (VUR) is Lomanco's all-aluminum, externally baffled ridge vent with male/female connections that need no straps, a 2-inch-wide nailing flange and engineered weather infiltration protectors at each connection. Lomanco's ridge vent page prints 18 square inches of net free area per foot, 10-foot sections (180 per section) adjustable to 3/12 to 8/12 roof pitches, and a copper version. The 4-foot VUR4WUI flyer prints 72 square inches of net free area per piece and states it is WUI-compliant when installed with the included 7 in. x 40 ft. WUI740 corrosion resistant, noncombustible screen following the included WUI installation method instructions.
