The Universal Flat Tile Roof Vent is a low-profile, paintable galvanized steel in-field roof vent for flat tile roofs, usable as either an exhaust or an intake vent and installed with or without battens on pitches from 3/12 to 16/12. It is offered as model UFT107 and as model UFTWUI, which Lomanco lists as meeting WUI requirements for fire-prone areas; both measure 30 x 21.875 x 2 in. with a 7 x 19 in. opening. Florida Product Approval FL 47228.1 R1 (evaluation report 25-724-Lom-UFT-ER8, April 2025) covers both models on wood decks at a design uplift pressure of -52.5 psf, tested to a modified ASTM E330, outside the High Velocity Hurricane Zone. Lomanco lists a lifetime limited warranty.
