The TileIntake IV-9 is a molded intake vent installed beneath concrete or clay roof tiles over a vent opening in the roof deck, used with a batten system to draw air into the attic. ICC-ES ESR-3482 (reissued November 2025) describes it as a polypropylene panel 48 in. long by 10-1/8 in. wide with internal baffles and external louvers, providing 9 sq in of net free ventilation area per linear foot, evaluated under acceptance criteria AC132. Lomanco lists it in black with interlocking overlapping joints, a cut line for 2 ft lengths and a 30-year transferable warranty, for use with compatible exhaust vents such as the TileRidge TRV-4.
