An aluminum roof hatch for roof access from inside a building, mounted on an LMCurbs roof curb for trapezoidal, R-panel, horizontal or vertical metal roof panel profiles. The spec sheet shows an insulated lid with a .080 aluminum cover and liner, 1 in. fiberglass insulation, an EPDM rubber seal, two gas struts, a locking hold-open arm, 304 stainless steel inside and outside handles, and 6061 aluminum hinges with tamper-proof stainless steel button head hardware. The product page lists welded and mitered corners, weather resistant gaskets, concealed fasteners and an exterior T handle with an inside locking device. Sizes are 30 x 36, 36 x 36 and 48 x 48 in., in mill (standard) or shop painted finish.
