A compression-seal pipe boot for steep-slope shingle, slate, tile, and cedar-shake roofs, with a flashing plate deep-drawn from 0.0197" thick 316L marine-grade stainless steel (brush-rolled finish) and a molded silicone seal bushing with a rigid PVC compression collar. The flashing plate provides 4" of margin on each side, 5-1/2" at the top, and 3" at the bottom, and the seal accommodates roof pitches from flat to 18/12. It is sized for Schedule 40 PVC DWV vent pipe in 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2", 3", and 4" diameters; other pipe materials require a Lifetime Tool EASYSleeve or EASYFit adapter. Also available in 24-gauge galvanized dark bronze Kynar-coated steel.
