A compression-seal vent-pipe flashing for steep-slope metal roof coverings, including most double-lock standing seam and snap-lock seam panels, with a deep-drawn 24-gauge G-60 galvanized steel flashing plate in Kynar-coated dark bronze or a paint-ready primer finish, a molded silicone seal bushing with a 3.6 mm minimum wall, and a rigid UV-stabilized PVC compression collar. It fits slopes from flat to 18/12 and is sized for Schedule 40 PVC DWV pipe in 1-1/4, 1-1/2, 2, 3 and 4 in. (models UPF-M 125 through UPF-M 400); copper and cast iron pipe need a Lifetime Tool EASYSleeve or EASYFit. It is set in sealant on the metal and screwed around the plate perimeter, with clearance so the fasteners do not engage the substrate. The technical sheet says the galvanized version suits all but the most corrosive high-chloride coastal environments, and that all parts are made and assembled in the U.S.A.
