A retrofit sleeve that converts an existing Schedule 30 (radon) vent pipe, which has a smaller outside diameter than Schedule 40 PVC, to Schedule 40 size so it can be flashed with the Ultimate Pipe Flashing. The product page instructions are to cut the existing pipe no more than 3 in. above the roof deck, apply PVC solvent cement, push the adapter over the pipe until seated, cut it to length if desired, and then install the Ultimate Pipe Flashing.
