KOOL-SEAL Tundra Low Solids Silicone is a low-solids silicone rubber roof coating sold for ponding-water protection over metal, single-ply, smooth BUR, APP and SBS modified bitumen, polyurethane foam, cured concrete and existing roof coatings, and not for use on shingles; EPDM must first be cleaned with Bond-It Wash. Its product data sheet (KS0064700) reports 68 percent volume solids and 80 percent weight solids, a VOC of 246 g/L, 370 percent elongation, 261 psi tensile strength and a solar reflectance index of 103, and describes a limited lifetime product warranty.
