Kool Seal Storm Patch Premium Wet/Dry Patching Cement (KS0083600) is a single-component, asbestos-free, asphalt-based black roof cement that can be applied to wet or dry surfaces, including underwater. Its product data sheet lists 69% volume solids, 76% weight solids and 451 g/L VOC, with coverage of 10-15 sq ft per gallon per coat or 6-24 linear ft per cartridge. Listed uses are metal, asphalt, smooth BUR, modified bitumen, rolled roofing, asphalt and fiberglass shingles and chimney and pipe flashings; it is not for single-ply membranes. It is sold in a 10 fl oz cartridge and a 1-gallon size.
