Kool Seal Premium Elastomeric Finish Coat (KS0063900) is a 100% acrylic polymer roof coating formulated for adhesion, reflectivity, and resistance to cracking and peeling. It is applied over metal, polyurethane foam, concrete, and existing elastomeric roof coatings, and over aged EPDM, TPO, other approved single-ply membranes, smooth BUR, and modified bitumen when preceded by a Kool Seal basecoat. Its product data sheet states it meets ASTM D6083 and California Title 24, and carries a 12-year warranty.
