Kool Seal Elastomeric Finish Coat 7 Year is a 100 percent acrylic, reflective elastomeric roof coating that expands and contracts with the roof, for metal, single-ply, smooth BUR, modified bitumen, polyurethane foam, concrete and existing asphaltic and elastomeric coatings, and not for use on shingles. Its product data sheet (KS0063300) gives 36 percent volume solids and 50 percent weight solids, a VOC under 50 g/L, and coverage of 70 to 100 square feet per gallon per coat on metal, with two coats recommended over Kool Seal Elastomeric Base Coat on other substrates. It carries a 7-year warranty.
