Kool Seal Bleed Blocker Primer (KS0034400) is a waterborne epoxy primer used under Kool Seal Tundra silicone roof coating to create a smooth, fully adhered substrate and to reduce bleed-through over asphaltic roof surfaces. The product data sheet recommends it for all types of asphaltic surfaces, lists a blue color, 57% weight solids, VOC under 63 g/L and an 8-hour dry time, and calls for application at 100 sq ft per gallon by airless spray, low-nap roller or broom.
